Madalyn is the first psychic palmist to be included in Who's Who in America and in Who's Who in the World and to have her readings auctioned at Christie's. She has received numerous awards and honors and was invited to the Amazon Rainforest to be a psychic healer for Symposium VI, hosted by Kofi Annan, then Secretary General for the United Nations. Her first filmed reading, when she was a child, was for Rock Hudson.

Madalyn has published three books: What’s Your Sign? (Penguin), Madalyn Aslan’s Jupiter Signs (Penguin), and CosmoGirl Astrologer, as well as several columns, including the weekly Star Vision column in the New York Post. She is the 2009 - 2010 astrologer for Life & Style Magazine.

In addition to being a celeb psychic, Madalyn is a writer and teacher, known for introducing palmistry into her syllabus at NYU where she taught English for three years. She attended the Mirman School in Los Angeles and holds a B.A. from The University of London and Cornell University, and an M.F.A. from Sarah Lawrence College. She has also taught at The College for Psychic Studies in London, where she grew up.
