You need more money. And if you look, there's more money, figuratively speaking, under the sofa.

Money comes in bundles this month - surprising and seemingly little bundles, but they add up.

So count your monies carefully. You will see you have more than you thought.

And talk about seeing...you are seeing much more clearly now, dear Libra.

This makes life harder in terms of your emotional and feeling state, but easier in terms of actually living your life.  

You may not have the same retreat that fantasies have given you in the past - and ironically, it may have you feeling less in control now - but you are moving forward to a much better life.

However uncomfortable this period feels.

Some of you may have felt your life spiraling. It's as if there are too many unexpected influences and other people involved.

Well, this month other people are lucky for you and help you.  

The main action this August is happening in your eleventh house of friends and professional colleagues. Reach out! Career and financial help will be available to you. Via contacts, contacts, contacts! Connect with others however you can, in person, via phone or email, or through online social networks. Any Libra still working in solitary is not going to do as well.

Now, I must warn you, dear Libra, it is coming up to Mercury retrograde season - affecting both your eleventh and twelfth houses.

Ah, yes, Mercury retrograde! Remember, everyone goes through this - everyone on the planet - and everyone makes mistakes - so be kind and compassionate to everyone out there.

The official day Mercury goes retrograde is Tuesday, August 2. This lasts - for everyone in the world - until Friday, August 26.

This is the time to take a break, go zen, play a little. Because, for everyone, no matter how hard you try, business is not as usual.

The hardest thing is to have patience. But with patience, come the rewards!

For everyone Mercury rules cell phones, as well as land lines, computers, cars, planes - and all thought and movement, including all forms of travel. He likes to go fast - he is the winged messenger who flies.

But he's going to be retrograding for twenty-four days.

If you are traveling during this time, just relax.

You will be noticing how travel is delayed, phones aren't working properly, and everyone keeps changing times on you.

You need to be aware that you could lose or misplace things - such as your wallet, your phone - cars break down - appointments are forgotten or broken - and the ordered universe generally goes awry.

The good news? It only lasts twenty-four days!

Mercury particularly affects electronics and any form of travel. Back up your computer files. Mercury rules all forms of communications, including, from the 1940's, computers. Computers go wonky during Mercury retrograde, as do phones, and anything that has to do with communication.

The work you can do?   

RE-trograde means to go backwards. The past becomes very powerful. You can re-examine it. Old people pop up in your life.

A great deal of healing is possible at this time. Mercury, after all, also rules healing.  

Retrograde rules all the RE-words.

Messenger Mercury loves its mischief. In your case, dear Libra, this will mean that things ruled by Mercury - messages, news, information, travel - will be a little wonky in terms of your contacts.

Check to see that your message-recorders are working properly.

This includes your voice mail, your email, and any go-betweens that may have lost vital information in transit.

There will be delays (anyone traveling during this time? My sympathies!), objects lost, messages not retrieved - you name it.

Thus, a career plan that seemed to have stalled, or a job authority, or friend that you never heard back from, will start to go forward again at the end of August.

Even if you doubt that it will!

In the meantime, check the above. You may have missed a vital message concerning the advancement of your career.

You may be due more recognition than you've received - which is now coming.

You have a chance this month to transform the dreck into gold. In the area of your greatest ideals and dreams. Only go after these; why go after anything else?

And in the area of your friends and professional associates. (Have you received some complaints?) Attend to the details!

You are wiser and stronger than ever before, dear Libra, and you have learned many lessons in your life. Apply them now - all that you have learned. You will not make the same mistakes again.

Be expectant, but humble, make your word count, and get ready for the intense desire and adoration that is coming your way!
